Hockey IQ Development

Development of a players hockey IQ is equally important as developing their fundamentals. Our sessions will include drills that will directly translate to game situations and encourage development of a players hockey sense.

Failure = Growth

As coaches, we see each failure as a learning opportunity for players to grow from. Correcting mistakes with constructive feedback in a positive manner is crucial to pushing their development forward.

Personalized Instruction

We take a personalized approach, looking to find each players “sweet spot”. This is the point where the player is challenged enough to stimulate development, but not so much that they are consistently failing.
